Processing your request

Upon receiving your data removal request via our sole email address (support@healthsgr.com), our team will first verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. Once verification is complete, we will begin processing your data removal immediately. We aim to complete all data removal requests within 7–10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided, confirming that your data has been successfully removed from our active systems. This confirmation email will serve as proof that your request has been fulfilled.

Please note that some data may remain in our backup systems for a short period (up to 30 days) to ensure data integrity and prevent accidental data loss. However, this backup data will not be accessible to any members of our team, will not be used for any purpose (including platform improvement), and will be permanently deleted after this 30-day period. We will not retain your personal data any longer than necessary.
